Personalities including Alex Scott, Vick Hope, Jamie Laing, Roman Kemp, Katie Thistleton, and Joe Wicks, have supported BBC Children in Need's new campaign, The Heaviest Backpack, highlighting the mental health issues children face around the UK.

Laing commented 'We all have a backpack and things that weigh us down. This weight looks different for everyone but the key is understanding that people are there to help lessen this and that we are all in this together in that way'.
